Job description

Full job description

Who We Are

Client is a full-service FF&E logistics and installation company serving major hospitality brands across the U.S. We specialize in supporting construction and renovation projects across the hospitality, retail, and multi-family residential sectors.

We're looking for someone who can own a project end to end: estimate it, win it, and run it.

What You'll Do

· Build estimates and budgets for FF&E logistics and installation bids

· Once a bid is won, take ownership of that project's on-site execution — managing labor, subcontractors, and schedule to meet budget and deadline

· Conduct site walks and coordinate directly with hotel ownership, GCs, and vendors

· Track project status through Venn-Corp's project management systems

· Travel to project sites as needed to keep work moving and solve problems in real time

What we're looking for

· Background in construction, FF&E, hospitality, or logistics estimating and/or project management

· Comfortable managing both the numbers (bids, budgets) and the people (crews, subs, schedules)

· Strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication

· Willing to travel to project sites as work requires

· Experience level is flexible — we're open to the right person at a range of career stages, whether you're a seasoned estimator/PM or ready to grow into the full scope of the role

Why

You'll work directly with our VP of Business Development and VP of Operations, with real ownership over the projects you estimate — not just handing off a bid and moving on. We're a small, fast-moving team with an established book of business and name-brand hospitality clients, which means the work you do has visible, immediate impact.

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
