Senior Analyst, Project Operations Position Overview: This position will provide the support necessary to assist the Manager, Project Operations using analytical methods and a variety of tools to understand, predict, improve and/or control the Consolidation and Logistics operations and processes as well as reporting and performing logistics and warehousing operational and financial analysis. The Sr. Analyst will design and develop logistics and inventory management metrics and reports to support the business requirements and will play a key role in Business Process Documentation, Design and Improvement.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading key logistics and inventory management improvement initiatives and provide data driven insight and resolution recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Performance Reporting Assist Manager with analysis templates and data to review channel selection and planning of capacity for new locations, retail events/ads and regular business. Design and develop inventory management metrics, inventory planning and replenishment, ensuring the in-stock and turn targets are achieved.

Utilize quantitative skills to analyze, validate, manipulate and manage large amounts of data specific to problem solving and trend analysis reporting. Develop and maintain relevant reports and applications such as carrier KPIโ€™s, vendor scorecards and Freight Cost of Goods reports. Provide weekly reporting of financial and project operational metrics.

Operations Process Improvement Improve daily operational processes through process improvement methods, cross functional design and implementation. Improve warehousing and logistics processes through strategic thinking, process improvement, prioritization and planning. Development and implementation of new SOPs, review and updates for existing SOPs Project Management & Operational Liaison Audit and maintenance of master data for consolidation & logistics operation.

Liaise with carriers, vendors and stores for ongoing operational issues, and where possible recommend/develop solutions that align with corporate objectives. Other Ad hoc tasks as assigned Competencies: Financial Acumen Builds relationships Problem Solving Customer focus Action oriented Skills: Financial Acumen: Utilizes fundamental concepts of finance to manage budgets, forecast costs, and provide recommendations for the financial impact of decision-making. Ability to work within a team environment or independently as required. Experience prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines through effective time management skills. Strong analytical skills - critical thinking, analyzing data, and deriving conclusions.

Teamwork - ability to work well with others from various departments and values the perspective team members bring to a project.
