POSITION PURPOSE:
The Investor Operations Team is seeking an Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of investor operations processes and provide accurate, timely operational support across the organization. This role works closely with internal teams to help communicate time-sensitive and confidential information related to product-specific operational matters.
The Analyst supports operational workflows and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Tax, Marketing, IT, and Internal Audit to assist with execution and coordination. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn while providing strong internal support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support day-to-day operational activities related to investor operations and internal team requests.
  • Assist with responding to internal operational requests and help ensure timely, accurate follow-through.
  • Help maintain basic operational processes, including data management, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional internal stakeholders and external vendors to support operational workflows.
  • Track incoming requests and assist with prioritization to help meet service levels and deadlines.
  • Identify issues or inefficiencies and share suggestions for process improvements with the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal reports, summaries, and operational metrics.
  • Support audits, reviews, or periodic reporting requests by gathering and validating required information.
  • Follow internal controls and compliance requirements in daily operational activities.
  • Assist with recurring operational tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, or data clean-up initiatives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0+ years of relevant experience in operations, administration, client service, or a related field; internship experience is a plus, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.

  • Ability to manage, track, and maintain operational data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and internal systems to support routine processes such as reporting and reconciliations.

Analytical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of operational processes and financial data, including reconciliations and reporting outputs.
  • Ability to review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail when validating data, tracking requests, and supporting operational deliverables.
  • Developing knowledge of investor operations processes, fund structures, and servicing workflows.
