Job description

We are looking for a Site Operations Reporting Lead to drive performance visibility across a large manufacturing site. This role focuses on building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and providing insights across facilities, maintenance, and site services. You will help leadership understand what is working, what is not, and where to take action.


What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance
  • Monitor vendor and service delivery metrics
  • Manage action, risk, and issue tracking
  • Support weekly and monthly operational reporting
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, facilities, and finance teams
  • Provide insights to support site launch and growth


What We Are Looking For

  • 5โ€“8+ years of experience in operations reporting, business analysis, PMO support, operational controls, program controls, business intelligence, or performance management
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, industrial operations, data center operations, or large-scale support organizations
  • Strong skills in Power BI and Excel
  • Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
