Job description

Title: Credit Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC 28255
Duration: 6+ Months
The Global Markets Loan Operations Credit Information Group (CIG) primarily supports the Global Credit Trading Desk (GC). The desk trades in a variety of products such as syndicated loans, bilateral loans, bonds, private equity, and aircraft. CIG maintains the Information Wall, prepares and executes confidentiality agreements, provides borrower information to clients and manages the credit event process for loan products. Credit events can include amendments, waivers, bankruptcies, and corporate restructurings.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the credit event process for the desks, support partners and clients
• Interpret legal documentation and other materials related to complex credit events
• Perform due diligence required by flood regulations
• Confidentiality agreement preparation and execution
• Due diligence package preparation and distribution
• Manage the go-private process and access to information
Requirements:
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with numbers/calculations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage their own time and know when to escalate.
• Previous experience within secondary loan trading is desired.
