We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to support the integration of new products, new business units, and evolving product offerings into the company's standard quoting process. This role is critical to ensuring that new products are launched with clear quoting requirements, accurate configuration logic, proper documentation, and effective training for internal teams. This role is critical to our go-to-market process and bridges the gap between early-stage product configurations and scalable enterprise systems.
The Sales Ops Analyst will be based in Fremont, CA. In this position, you will report to a Sr Sales Operations Manager. You will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely quoting, developing and improving quote automation tools, and helping integrate new BUs, product lines, and regional requirements into standard quoting processes. You will own the creation of dynamic, logic-driven Excel tools that serve both immediate quoting needs and the design of long-term systems such as CPQ platforms and web-based quoting applications. Strong technical, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills are essential to succeed in this highly visible role. You will work closely with Global Sales teams and Sales-supporting departments such as Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Operations, and IT.

  • Support accurate, timely, and scalable quoting for commercial opportunities, early-stage products, unreleased products, and new BU offerings across multiple product lines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based quoting tools and quote automation workflows that improve quoting speed, accuracy, governance, and scalability for new BUs.
  • Implement complex logic and configuration rules to support product structures, pricing models, approval workflows, regional requirements, and New BU integration needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial Operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into quoting logic, automation rules, and scalable process documentation.
  • Serve as a bridge to enterprise quoting systems by ensuring quoting logic, tool structure, BU requirements, and product configuration rules can be ported into or inform CPQ systems, web-based quoting platforms, and digital configuration tools.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new BUs into standard quoting processes, including data mapping, product configuration alignment, pricing logic, user training, testing, rollout support, and change management.
  • Support CPQ systems, including Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms, as well as web-based quoting platforms and digital configuration tools.
  • Document quoting logic, automation workflows, BU integration requirements, tool architecture, and configuration assumptions for future system migrations and enterprise implementations.
  • Ensure quoting tools and automation workflows are scalable, accurate, and robust, including version control, error handling, regression testing, and governance controls.
  • Provide training, rollout support, and user feedback integration for internal stakeholders, new BU users, and end-users.
  • Explore the use of AI-powered features, including intelligent autofill, anomaly detection, or predictive quoting logic, to enhance quoting automation, tool accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Product, Finance, IT, and Sales teams to design quoting workflows that can scale across regions, product lines, Business Units, and enterprise systems.

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience, MBA is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience building or supporting quoting tools for commercial, unreleased, pre-commercial, or newly integrated BU products.
  • Strong understanding of data cleansing, normalization, product configuration logic, quoting rules, pricing logic, and workflow governance.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments with evolving product definitions and short iteration cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work across engineering, commercial, and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong time management, organization, and documentation habits.
  • Ability to evaluate and incorporate AI tools or frameworks into data analysis or quoting workflows.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000.
