Job description

Operations Analyst / Performance Management AnalystDevelop, implement, and improve tools and systems to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, manage operational reporting, and provide analytical support to the senior operations team.

Responsibilities:

Oversees performance data generation, analysis, reporting, and compliance with KPI reporting requirements.

Maintains and organizes operational data and generates trend analysis and other reports.

Conducts comprehensive analyses of operational information and reports to identify areas of focus and need.

Design and implement a robust reporting framework to track key operational metrics and KPIs.

Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Evaluate potential solutions based on factors such as features, scalability, cost, and compatibility with existing systems. Offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise during implementation and usage.

Supports Senior Management on presentations and special project analyses.

Works collaboratively to develop and support new processes and solutions to ongoing, systemic issues.

Supports projects across a range of companies and departments.

Works with various departments and senior operations management to identify and develop new metrics for tracking performance quality.

Other duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in operations research, statistics, mathematics, or computer science is preferred.

High School diploma or GDE required.6 years of related experience in preparing and analyzing dataKnowledge of Lean and Agile principles and SWOT analysis preferred.

Analytical and collaborative with strong technical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to listen and understand root needs across many different business units.

Advanced Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities.

Driver's license required.
