The Senior Operations Analyst supports day-to-day operations for medium-sized, moderately complex accounts, serving as a Flexe platform expert and driving process/product improvements. Critical to Flexe's rapid growth, this role executes process improvement projects to boost team productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include becoming proficient in Order and Warehouse Management within the Flexe platform, regularly conducting software demos, and advising junior team members on supply chain best practices.
This role is based out of our Seattle, WA headquarters and will follow our hybrid schedule, being in office 3 days a week (Tuesdays-Thursdays).
Job Responsibilities
[30%] Warehouse Operations Management
  • Execute project launch and implementation readiness activities for accounts, ensuring adherence to established timelines, validating training completion, equipment setup, etc.
  • Support the monitoring of daily operations across assigned warehouse sites.
  • Oversee the readiness of new warehouses to serve customers by assisting with training, equipment setup, and preliminary logistics planning.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and customer leadership to guide operational readiness and performance conversations

[25%] Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Execute defined process improvement projects to boost team productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and support problem-solving sessions to address business needs.
  • Assist in the documentation and standardization of processes following successful improvement projects

[20%] Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers for assigned accounts to understand their business needs.
  • Partner with warehouse operators and customers to communicate performance expectations and updates

[15%] Documentation & Data Analysis
  • Conduct analysis on assigned account performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes and trends.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on account performance and project outcomes.

[10%] Strategic Support
  • Support Flexe's strategic vision by identifying operational opportunities that benefit our customers and warehouse operators.
  • Contribute to the creation of Best Practices for platform improvements and new technology adoption.
  • Support technology adoption initiatives when implemented at operator sites.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential expansion opportunities or risks within the assigned account to the Manager, Operations and the Commercial Team as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned accounts, focusing on performance assessment, root cause analysis, and opportunity identification as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience
  • Experience with customer/vendor facing
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office programs, G Suite, and warehouse management systems.
  • A willingness to learn new technology and processes (E.g. SQL, Google Data Studio, Lessonly, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Depending on account and implementation needs up to 25% travel can be expected, typically in 2-3 day stints as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with project phases to bring a new warehouse site online.
  • A demonstrated ability to create, publish, and administer SOPs, record training videos

The salary range for this role is $82,250 to $115,500 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package.
