This role is on-site in either Sedro-Woolley, WA or Utah.

Department Summary 

The Senior Business Analyst serves as a high-level architect and strategic systems partner responsible for leading enterprise analysis, designing cross-platform process and data solutions, and ensuring alignment between business operations and Janicki’s technology roadmap.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Leads complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Serves as system architecture advisor, executive trainer, and technical vision contributor. Mentors' junior analysts.
  • Leads enterprise-wide business analysis, requirement definition, and system-road mapping initiatives.
  • Provides strategic recommendations to leadership on digital transformation, process optimization, and system modernization.
  • Architects' end-to-end solutions across ERP, MES, HRIS, CRM, and custom applications.
  • Oversees major implementations including planning, UAT strategy, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Develops organizational reporting strategy and advanced analytics frameworks.
  • Works directly with executive and director-level stakeholders to shape business processes and define enterprise KPIs.

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of business systems analysis or enterprise systems experience.
  • SAP enterprise experience-Preferred modules: SD, FICO, PS, PP, PM, or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
  • Expert-level ERP/MES/HRIS knowledge and solution architecture skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams. 
  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).  Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace/manufacturing systems environments.
  • Expert SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and analytics background.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.

Detailed Wage Information: Wage range for this role is between $94K–$110K, plus benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, offsite work, or access assignments. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of base compensation for this role. Actual pay offered will be based on job-related and nondiscriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities. 

Shift Availability 

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (with some flexibility).
