Weโ€™re looking for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing leaders to provide the insights and reporting that help drive business growth.

You'll play a key role in analyzing sales performance, monitoring pipeline health, improving commercial reporting, and supporting operational processes that enable better business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business operations who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and influencing business performance in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll help transform commercial data into meaningful business insights by:

  • Developing and maintaining reporting that provides visibility into sales pipeline, commercial performance, and key business metrics.
  • Analyzing sales funnel performance, conversion rates, deal progression, and forecasting trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Producing reporting on new business, renewals, and commercial activity to support forecasting and financial planning.
  • Monitoring commercial KPIs, including lead generation, win rates, client retention, and sales performance against targets.
  • Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve reporting accuracy, CRM data quality, and commercial processes.
  • Supporting sales incentive reporting and helping ensure performance metrics align with compensation programs.
  • Identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities within commercial data and presenting actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and commercial operations.

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business operations, or another analytical business function.
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, or marketing teams through financial analysis, reporting, or operational support.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
