Purpose:

In this role, you will support the configuration, governance, and lifecycle management of complex master data within the eLIMS (LabVantage) system. You will ensure compliant, accurate, and standardized system configurations in a GxP environment that support QC Operations across a global network. As part of the eLIMS Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with laboratories, quality organizations, system owners, and cross-functional partners to enable efficient paperless laboratory processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will:

  • Create, review, approve, and maintain complex master data in eLIMS (LabVantage).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and traceability of master data and related documentation.
  • Configure master data supporting Release, Stability, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and COA-related processes.
  • Support harmonized and standardized eLIMS configurations across multiple sites and processes.
  • Translate laboratory and business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Execute and support change control activities, including impact assessments and implementation planning.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize QC business processes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience with eLIMS / LabVantage.
  • Solid knowledge of cGMP / GxP requirements, quality systems, compliance processes, and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex topics independently, prioritize effectively, and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong communication skills in English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead domain-specific initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience in eLIMS master data configuration across multiple data types.
  • Strong understanding of iLABs / paperless laboratory processes and New Product Introduction workflows.
  • Experience with Stability Master Data Management and COA configuration.
  • Experience with Enterprise Quality Systems such as COMET.
  • Experience in change control assessment and execution ownership.
  • Experience with EDMS solutions, for example TruVault.
  • Previous Johnson & Johnson experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of multi-site configurations across Biotherapeutics, Synthetics, and Advanced Therapies.
