What you'll do:
This SkillBridge internship offers hands-on experience as a Mission Operations Associate (MOA) at Forterra. Mission Operation Associates support the delivery, scale, and success of our customer accounts. Working across Forterra's growth, engineering, and product teams, our MOA's help support our customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Forterra products in support of their missions. MOA's work side-by-side with Forterra employees and customers to understand their challenges and help shape Forterra solutions so be the answer.
SkillBridge interns will gain in-depth exposure to the deployment, management, and customer-facing support of Forterra's advanced hardware and software products. Working alongside industry experts and cross-functional teams, interns will develop essential technical, strategic, and collaborative skills in a high-technology, start-up environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align business objectives.

  • Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity.
  • A strong interest in defense and dual-use technology, autonomous vehicles, mobility, and technology innovation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

  • Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time
