We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for a Social Services Nonprofit. This is a part-time, temporary role based in Chicago, IL.
ORGANIZATION: Social Service Nonprofit
LOCATION: Union Park near United Center (on-site)
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
DURATION: Temporary (~3 months)
HOURLY RATE- $20.00

This role plays an important part in ensuring office operations run efficiently while supporting program staff and administrative departments with coordination, filing, record management, and general office support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, customer service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a collaborative nonprofit environment. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys creating organized systems, following established processes, and taking initiative to support a team-focused workplace.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience working in an office environment required
