Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a department leadership team. This role will assist with reporting, data management, event coordination, scheduling, and maintaining accurate information within the organization's CRM system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records within the organization's CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports and assist with data-related projects to support departmental initiatives
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence and documentation
- Provide administrative support for events, including registration management, attendee communications, material preparation, and onsite assistance when needed
- Assist with processing expenses, maintaining internal tracking tools, and supporting departmental workflows
- Participate in data quality initiatives by reviewing, updating, and auditing information within company systems
- Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or professional office environment
- Experience working with data entry, reporting, records management, or database-related tasks
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software platforms and systems quickly
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/database systems is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
