Your Opportunity with ECG: Administrative Assistant
ECG's administrative assistants work as a dynamic team in our Administrative Services Center, providing a range of administrative services to senior managers, associate principals, and corporate operations leaders.
Administrative assistants build strong relationships with internal and external clients, understand priorities, projects, and preferences to meet expectations and add value. Professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and effective prioritization are key. You will collaborate with team members to solve day-to-day challenges related to services, technology, relationships, or other issues. Administrative assistants must be adept in helping drive completion of key deliverables and possess excellent ownership and follow-through skills. ECG's administrative team works collaboratively to assist in overseeing each office's smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
You may be responsible for the overall administration of an ECG office.
Your Responsibilities May Include
  • Managing calendars and scheduling and coordinating meetings (client and internal).
  • Coordinating and managing travel.
  • Processing and submitting expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinating office events, including catering.
  • Collaborating with IT and other support teams.
  • Drafting emails, communications, and presentations.
  • Generating reports.
  • Collaborating with office assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, fostering a professional, positive, and engaging office culture.

Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in administrative services or a customer service-related role
  • CAP, PACE, or bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid analytical and research skills including the ability to take initiative in identifying solutions and communicating findings
  • Ability to learn firmwide applications
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven experience in fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders and peers at all levels
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining tact and diplomacy
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; dedicated to the quality, quantity, and timeliness of results

The estimated base salary range for this job is $33.65 - $38.46 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, PTO, and other wellness programs.
