Requirements:
- 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
- Experience with multiple phone lines (*Call center experience highly important)
- Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs
- Experience with medical terminology
- Experience with multifunctional devices for copying, scanning, and faxing
- Knowledge of call queue, medical supplies and pharmacy delivery scheduling
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Preferred:
-Retail pharmacy experience
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
-Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience
-Associate's Degree

Unit Description
This position is responsible for administrative & clerical support of the homecare pharmacy department. These functions include oversight of the fax queue, faxing, & scanning; maintaining records of daily home visits, scheduling, confirming clinical information; generating reports as required, processing charges, & filing documents appropriately. This position provides support to other Business Associates & Administrative Associates, as needed.
