Your Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple departments within the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors, assisting employees and guests, and ensuring a professional and positive first impression of the company. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, maintaining confidential information, supporting company initiatives, and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and managing multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (In Office)
Wage: $20 per hour or DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary receptionist by staffing the front desk during business hours and providing a professional first impression for visitors and vendors and managing visitor check-in procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including document preparation, data entry, records management, filing, and tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, projects, company events, and other departmental initiatives.
  • Create employee communications, announcements, flyers, and other internal communications.
  • Maintain confidential records and information with a high degree of discretion and accuracy.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Protect the legal, financial, and operational interests of the company through accurate and confidential handling of information.
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or comparable
  • Administrative or office support experience preferred.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Effective time management and ability to multitask

Physical Requirements:
This position is performed in an office environment. Regular, predictable, and full-time onsite attendance is an essential function of the role due to the need for collaboration, training, and operational support. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
