About the Fellowship:
Embark on an immersive 18-month post-graduate program designed to cultivate future leaders in healthcare operations. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse skills and broad exposure to strategic & analytical thinking, business excellence, and leadership development within the dynamic environment of CommonSpirit Health. Through focused rotational learning and hands-on project leadership, you will prepare to excel in various operational settings. This in-person fellowship has an anticipated start date in July 2027 in the below locations
