Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
  • Provide executive administrative support, including extensive calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling for multiple senior-level executives.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage complex and frequently changing itineraries.

  • Communicate with executives, management teams, and external stakeholders to gather, organize, and convey critical business information.

  • Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, maintain accurate records, and support department projects and administrative operations.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience or comparable experience supporting senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with executive-level management while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience within Bank and/or Global Technology organizations

Pay Details: $25.93 to $30.07 per hour
