Executive Administrative Assistant

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior scientific leadership in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, supporting executives, coordinating schedules, and making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The schedule is very flexible, making this a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a part-time role.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and office support to senior executives.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and greet clients, visitors, and candidates.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, interviews, and onsite interview logistics.
  • Arrange catering and support meeting needs.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Keep kitchen and shared office areas organized and properly stocked.
  • Manage outgoing mail, FedEx, and other deliveries.
  • Assist executives with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Support department purchase orders and contract administration.
  • Help keep daily office operations running efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
