  • Promote effective communication, teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure staff understand their responsibilities and follow established policies and procedures.

Human Resources, Hiring & Onboarding

  • Review applicants, conduct or participate in interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, reference checks, and new-hire documentation.

  • Develop and maintain structured training processes for new and existing employees.
  • Conduct or coordinate 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee performance reviews.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development and cross-training.
  • Maintain appropriate personnel documentation and administrative HR records.
  • Assist with employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement.

Payroll & Financial Administration

  • Coordinate payroll and employee timekeeping administration.
  • Review time records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, PTO, and other payroll-related information.
  • Maintain appropriate payroll documentation and records.
