Job description

SNELLING is recruiting for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner for a local client whose employee base numbers around 60-65 employees. The HR Manager/HR Business Partner will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to provide both strategic and operational support to the across the full employee life cycle. This hands-on, people focused role drives effective HR operations—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and employee relations—while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and internal customer service.
This is a direct-hire position, meaning you will begin employment directly on the client employer’s payroll from day one, with Snelling guiding you confidentially through the interview and consideration process.

Compensation for this position will depend on the educational and relevant professional employment experience of the selected candidate and includes an annual base salary around $60K. An excellent benefits package is available. Relocation or remote work is not available for this position.
