What You'll Do:

Monroe Harding has spent 130 years in Nashville’s corner, caring for more than 16,000 children and young adults in foster care and transitional housing. We’re looking for a Director of HR & Operations who wants their expertise to fuel a mission that genuinely changes lives.


This is a seat at the table. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and managers, owning the full HR function — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, compliance, and staff development — while also overseeing key administrative and financial operations, including vendor contracts, audits, and risk management. You’ll directly supervise two team members and lead cross-functional process improvement efforts that strengthen the entire organization.

The Director, HR and Administration is one of the most pivotal roles in our organization.
