The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational leadership with day-to-day execution.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is trusted to handle highly confidential employee and financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing and HR administration while maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive employee and compensation information.

  • Assist with employee records, onboarding documentation, and general HR administrative functions.

  • Lead and support operational projects, process improvements, and office initiatives while remaining hands-on with daily responsibilities.

  • Help coordinate purchasing, customer service, accounts payable support, and other operational workflows alongside the Customer Care team.

  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

  • Serve as a trusted operational resource for employees across the business.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, business support, HR, payroll, accounting support, or a similar multi-functional role.

  • Experience supporting payroll, HR, or confidential employee information is strongly preferred.

  • Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable support, or accounting data entry experience.

  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and handling sensitive information.

  • Comfortable leading projects, supporting teams, and collaborating across departments.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Ideal Candidate
  • Enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on operational work.

  • Has experience supporting HR, payroll, accounting, and office operations in a generalist capacity.

  • Comfortable leading initiatives while remaining detail-oriented and willing to jump into day-to-day tasks.
