Job Title: Sales Operations / Administrator
Location: Creve Coeur, MO 63141
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Account Specialist to manage and grow partner relationships within a defined geographical territory. This role focuses on driving sales, recruiting new partners, promoting Eukanuba nutritional programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth. The position requires field work four days per week and up to 25 overnight stays annually.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory coverage plans for effective account management.

  • Conduct in-person sales calls (85% field-based).

  • Manage partner/customer data using Salesforce.

  • Build and deliver territory sales plans to meet annual targets.

  • Analyze sales data to create targeted growth strategies.

  • Attend relevant regional events to promote brand and build relationships.

  • Educate partners on Eukanuba nutrition and product offerings.

  • Provide feeding guidelines and program recommendations to clients.

  • Identify and recruit new partners, focusing on professional pet industry contacts.

  • Work closely with PSRO and veterinary teams to enhance sales and product recommendations.

  • Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through strong relationship-building.

  • Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices.

  • Submit timely reports including weekly activity, expenses, and ad hoc updates.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Interest or background in pet nutrition/professional pet care industry a plus.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office tools.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% including occasional weekends and overnight stays.
