Job description

Responsibilities

  • Establishes, implements, and directs the strategic direction of the organization’s administrative division.
  • Collaborates with the President to develop and meet company goals, while supplying expertise and guidance on administrative areas.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
  • Direct and mentor all administrative department managers to accomplish administrative goals and plans.
  • Execute, manage, and initiate other duties as assigned.
