Job description

Assessment & Learning, a division of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), is looking to hire a talented individual for our Administrative Assistant 2 position. We are looking for someone who likes to interact with a diverse range of people, including students, staff, and faculty, cares about accuracy and quality, has great organizational skills, thinks creative problem solving is fun, and enjoys a challenge and working as a member of a well-functioning team.  
Primary duties/responsibilities for this position include:
Obtaining a P-Card to make purchases for the department
Processing travel and expense reimbursements for faculty, staff, and students
Assisting with other projects as determined by the needs of the department's management
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of front desk duties to assure that customer needs of students, faculty and staff are met in an effective, timely and cordial manner

Finalists should be prepared to provide official educational transcripts if selected for hire.
