Parallel Employment is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Admin to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, providing administrative support and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and a professional demeanor to maintain an efficient front desk operation.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as required.
  • Assist with documentation, reports, and correspondence in both languages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements
