Silver Care, LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Administrator Assistant to join our growing home care team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is passionate about ensuring clients receive exceptional care.
The Administrator Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating client services, assisting caregivers, and maintaining continuity of care throughout our service areas. This position also requires the flexibility to provide direct client care when operational needs arise. (Main working hours 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility)
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule care for clients while ensuring continuity of services.
  • Utilize a care management approach when working with clients, families, and employees.
  • Fill open shifts promptly to maintain client satisfaction and achieve weekly company scheduling goals.
  • Provide direct client care when necessary to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and leadership.
  • Assist with employee support, scheduling adjustments, and daily operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientations, and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor client schedules and respond quickly to changes in care needs.
  • Support leadership in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Travel to all 12 geographical service locations as needed to support client care and agency operations (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Participate in weekend administrative coverage by working every other weekend as scheduled.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

  • Personal Care Aide (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) experience preferred.

  • Previous administrative, scheduling, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers and willing to learn scheduling and electronic documentation systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional healthcare or administrative education is a plus.
Requirements

  • Must maintain a reliable vehicle while employed.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have a working cell phone available during working hours.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the agency's 12 service locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Must have a flexible work schedule, including the ability to work additional hours or adjusted schedules based on client and operational needs.
  • Must be available to work every other weekend as scheduled.
  • Scrubs are the required dress attire while on duty.
  • Must be able to safely provide personal care services in clients' homes.
  • Must be comfortable working in homes where cats, dogs, or smoking may be present.
  • Must be willing and able to provide care to both male and female clients.
  • Must be capable of lifting, transferring, standing, bending, and performing the physical requirements associated with providing personal care services.
