Job description

Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for the overall management of a security business portfolio, including client relations, operational oversight, financial management, and employee supervision. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, coaching personnel, managing payroll and billing, and supporting operational growth. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Operations: Oversee daily security operations, account startups and transitions, staffing, service delivery, and employee relations.
  • Client & Team Leadership: Maintain client relationships, resolve service issues, and coach and support security management and office staff.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements, including licensing, Fire and Life Safety, investigations, training, employee programs, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Financial & Workforce Management: Monitor payroll, overtime, staffing, training, uniforms, operating expenses, billing adjustments, and zero-hour personnel to maintain profitability.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with senior leadership on business growth, account expansion, recruiting, hiring, operational procedures, and payroll, billing, and service matters.
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of security or service-industry experience with progressive management responsibility; law enforcement or military experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of management experience overseeing security operations, personnel, accounts, scheduling, or related functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, staffing, scheduling, employee relations, client service, payroll, financial management, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational performance.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
