In this role, you will drive end-to-end operational readiness for Last Mile new launch sites. An effective Last Mile Launch Manager is committed to driving operational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Launch Readiness, (2) Stakeholder Management, (3) Operational Validation, (4) Process Implementation, and (5) Site Excellence. A day in the life
As a Last Mile Launch Manager, your day revolves around ensuring operational readiness across multiple new site launches
Throughout the day, you'll lead meetings with various stakeholders. Training teams for staff readiness updates, and Technology teams for systems testing milestones. Time is spent conducting readiness walks, ensuring launch documentation is complete, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches.
When on-site for launches, you'll perform hands-on operational validation, support site leadership teams through Day 1 operations, and ensure all launch protocols are properly executed. Your role is to keep all operational elements synchronized, driving successful site launches efficiently.
