Join our Tampa team as a Program Manager where you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary customer programs that directly support the manufacturing of lifechanging therapies. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with customers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution from contract signature through program closeout.

What you will do

  • Lead endtoend execution of customer programs following deal closure, ensuring quality, cost, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct, motivate, and hold accountable multidisciplinary project teams within an agreed project governance structure.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers, acting as their internal advocate.
  • Manage program scope, budgets, profitability, and timeline delivery while coordinating scope changes with Account Management.
  • Develop mid and longterm program strategies in partnership with Account Management and Commercial Development.
  • Organize and drive all customer communications, milestone alignment, lessonslearned reviews, and end-of-contract decommissioning.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations planning with bestinclass forecasting and demand planning for assigned programs.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, within a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to serve as a customer-facing lead.
  • Proven experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk across complex projects or portfolios.
  • Ability to work onsite with occasional travel to customer locations or conferences.
  • Associate degree required; preferred field of study engineering or science
  • Familiarity with structured project governance practices and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Experience with SAP, drug development, manufacturing, or packaging within pharma, and handson lab experience are all highly desirable.
  • PMP certification is a significant plus.
