What are some common challenges Security Watch personnel face during overnight shifts?

Security Watch personnel working overnight often encounter challenges such as staying alert during quiet hours, managing fatigue, and responding to unexpected incidents when fewer staff are present. Effective communication and regular patrols help maintain vigilance, while teamwork and scheduled breaks are important for managing drowsiness.
