We specialize in Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) that provide advanced capabilities to serve the defense industry. THE WORK
Project Manager supporting RMS production operations. This role will support the MIC2 (Mission Integrated Command and Control) line of business, specifically the production work in our Orlando, FL and La Mesa, MX factories.
This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs which includes both labor and material responsibilities.
Specific tasks will include (but not limited to)
- Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned value requirements for both
- Leading proposals to include leading the proposal and authoring basis of estimates (BOEs)
- Leading new program launches and leading the team
through end item material delivery
- Leading the IPT to ensure a Quality, on budget, and on time delivery
- Analyzing and updating program schedules
- Leading the IPT to develop production startup requirements
- Responsible for execution of existing production lines
- Identifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvements
- Supporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings

Our team serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality or other company functions for production, development, and capture programs for Production Operations. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.
