Production Manager

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a professional and motivated Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production schedules are executed accurately, production lines remain operational, and processes are followed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor team members, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe, high-quality production environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy leading teams to achieve operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience
