For more than 30 years, we have provided technology and other specialized products to customers in industries including healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. While we serve customers around the world, our Hoffman Estates, IL location is an important part of our U.S. operations.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to grow their experience within a global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electronic documents within the company’s document management system, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and easy to access.
  • Organize, file, and maintain records while ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and assist various departments with ongoing projects and requests.
  • Monitor and manage the team email inbox, responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
