Job description

Our client, a well-established industrial automation company, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the organization’s day-to-day execution, operational performance, P&L, and management team. 

This role is ideal for a proven leader who knows how to manage P&L, build accountability, improve execution, and keep teams aligned around clear goals. The Operations Manager will oversee engineering, administration, support, production, and overall business operations, while partnering closely with the CEO and VP of Sales and Marketing on strategic priorities and company performance.
