Supplier Operations Generalist
We are looking for broadly skilled, resourceful, and talented people to join our team. People from a diverse range of backgrounds are successful at McMaster-Carr from archaeologists to engineers, business students to thespians; we're interested in your ability to think and your drive to be challenged and rewarded.

This career area offers an opportunity to directly impact the information presented about the products we sell.
Responsibilities could include:
  • Communicating with suppliers, evaluating the market, and leveraging guidelines to set pricing for products
  • Reading product literature, gathering specifications, and updating our database with product information
  • Making decisions about how to organize product information so that customers can quickly choose the right products for their needs

Strong candidates will produce high-quality work efficiently, while thinking creatively and critically to meet new challenges.
A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Cash Compensation
  • Our cash compensation is $103,000 - $118,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your cash compensation, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
