Your future role at a glance

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Facility: Ascension Koeller Street Clinic

Department: Urgent Care

Schedule: Days | PRN Weekend and Holiday rotation.

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Manage the full patient lifecycle by greeting visitors, handling check-in/out, and scheduling or confirming appointments.
  • Secure necessary documentation, verify patient demographics, and obtain insurance authorizations or precertifications.
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support.
  • Travel to other Urgent Care clinics in the Fox Valley area as needed.   
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
