Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve citizen life through technology. The Data Scientist will advance operational AI adoption and extract actionable insights from complex data sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into scalable software delivery pipelines.
Responsibilities:
• Apply entity resolution, graph analytics, and geospatial analytics tools to extract actionable insights from complex data sets
• Design, build, and deploy explainable AI models using Python AI ecosystems, including Torch, Scikit-learn, and LLM frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity into scalable software delivery pipelines
• Support the adoption of operational AI through a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture, enabling enterprise AI governance and agentic AI systems
• Contribute to the continuous monitoring and observability of AI-enabled workflows and mission-focused operational intelligence applications
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with mission objectives and enterprise requirements
• Participate in the integration and optimization of mission analytics and AI-enabled workflows for enhanced operational intelligence.
• Developing and deploying mission-critical analytics, supporting AI-enabled workflows, and driving predictive and operational intelligence applications
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments, ensuring robust governance, continuous monitoring, and scalable software delivery
• Directly impact the effectiveness of mission applications by leveraging advanced analytics and AI to inform decision-making and optimize operational outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience developing and implementing statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and operational analytics solutions to support mission-critical applications
• Experience with geospatial analytics tools, entity resolution techniques, and graph analytics
• Experience with explainable AI methods to enhance transparency, and operational analytics platforms to monitor and improve system performance
• Experience with integrating AI into DevSecOps pipelines, collaborating with cross functional teams
• US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred:
• Experience with Python AI ecosystems, PyTorch, Scikitarn, and LLM frameworks for building and refining models
