As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, billing processes, financial accuracy, and business operations across our childcare centers.

Position Summary

The Billing Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational and financial processes across multiple childcare centers. This role focuses on billing operations, reporting, account analysis, collections, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review operational reports and billing information submitted by center management for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze operational and financial data and prepare reports for district managers and corporate leadership.
  • Support center and district management teams with operational procedures, billing processes, and software systems.
  • Process account adjustments related to rate changes, credits, and billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate operational and billing records and documentation.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation for assigned childcare centers.
  • Submit monthly attendance records and invoices to government agencies and funding programs.
  • Analyze invoices, reports, and operational metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Develop strong partnerships between field operations and corporate teams to improve efficiency and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational consistency.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities align with Children of America's mission, values, and ethical standards.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, billing, financial analysis, accounts receivable, or related business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software systems.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to billing and operational compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, retail, or other multi-location operations.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
