SUMMARYย
The Property Operations Special Project Manager will oversee and manage special projects within the property operations department. This role includes responsibilities for waitlist management, ONE system management, CIR management, and driving operational improvements for properties with financial deficits. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.ย

ESSENTIAL DUTIESย ย
Strategic Project Leadership:ย
Coordinateย activities with property operations leadership projectsย will includeย ERAP initiatives,ย externalย partners property visits,ย department wide staff events,ย coordinating department wide training, DPO tours, and other assignedย activitiesย as they arise.ย ย ย ย
Legal Case Oversight & Stipulated Agreements:ย
Resident Payment Plan Management:ย
Write-Off Management:ย
Abatement Tracking & Coordination:ย
Maintain an abatement tracker toย monitorย requests, approvals, durations, and compliance requirements.ย ย
Relocation Coordination:ย
Coordinate cross-department communication across Facilities,ย Tenant Services, Finance, and Legal.ย ย
Operational Coverage & Departmental Support:ย
IMA & NSPIRE Inspection Coordination:ย
Coordinate communication between Maintenance, Property Management,ย Tenant Services, Compliance, and external inspectors.ย ย
Maintain records, checklists, and post-inspection reports, ensuringย timelyย completion of action items to be stored inย trackingย systemsย such asย Safety Cultureย ย
Alerts & Emergency Communication Management:ย
Work with HR,ย property supervisors to ensureย accurateย contact data, group assignments, and alert routing rules within the system.ย ย
REQUIRED SKILLSย
Knowledge andย Skills:ย
Ability to effectively manage time (schedules, deadlines, etc.) and paper (forms, documents, etc.).ย
