  • Lead cross-functional teams to conduct organizational gap assessments, identify efficiencies, and optimize end-to-end processes across plan, source, make, maintain, and deliver activities
  • Design governance models, including decision rights, forums, cadences, responsibility assignment matrices, and escalation paths, and establish performance management practices using targets, routines, and issue resolution processes
  • Translate data analytics and technical solutions into actionable campaign plans with defined workstreams, milestones, benefits, and dependencies
  • Synthesize stakeholder inputs and data into executive communications, visualization tools, and decision memoranda that improve client experience and adoption
  • Drive client coordination and prioritization across stakeholders, vendors, and program constraints, including mission readiness, compliance, security, and funding requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading operational transformation, process optimization, or sustainment modernization in defense logistics or industrial operations, including 3+ years supporting government, defense, or similarly regulated environments
  • 5+ years of experience translating analytics or technical solutions into transformation roadmaps, campaign plans, and executive-level communications
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing governance models and performance management frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams or workstreams
  • Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, Alabama
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, public policy, or operations management
  • 2+ years of experience supporting defense logistics, readiness, sustainment, or industrial base programs
