Job description

Qualification

  • 1-3 years experience in warehouse, production, or electronics recycling / refurbishment operations
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Familiar with consumer electronics (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and basic understanding of server/network equipment
  • Basic ERP / WMS data entry and inventory tracking experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic reporting, data entry)
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively and work in warehouse environment

Responsible

  • Supervise daily activities of Shipping & Receiving and/or Teardown production teams
  • Ensure proper execution of inbound receiving, inspection, sorting, and system entry
  • Oversee outbound shipping accuracy, packaging standards, and documentation
  • Lead teardown operations including dismantling, material separation, and parts harvesting
  • Train employees on SOPs, safety (PPE), and quality standards
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met
  • Verify discrepancies (quantity, model, asset tags) and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain organized workstations and enforce 5S standards
  • Perform hands-on support when needed to meet operational demand
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and data handling procedures
