Operating Room Manager - San Francisco, CA

We are seeking an engaged and visible OR Manager for a hospital in the San Francisco area. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee the main OR with support from Assistant Nurse Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the periop department.
  • Support and mentor the Assistant Nurse Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
  • Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Registered Nurse with an active CA RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of staff Operating Room experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
