With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival, and relax as our trained drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside the Airport. Guests also enjoy private suites, chef-prepared food, spa services, and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy.

The Role: Control Room Administrator

The Control Room Administrator is responsible for assistance in the daily coordination of all PS movements. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, team-orientated individual with the ability to successfully manage multiple activities while providing leadership and direction to our operational departments.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Reporting directly to the Control Room Manager and Director of Operations, this role will be the support various departments to plan and prepare for servicing Member travel through the PS terminal.
  • Manage all email correspondences and CR shift briefs sent to our CR Admin email distribution.
  • Auditing of our Valet Vehicle log and coordinating all valet and rental car-related logistics for our members.
  • Review and update international Departure requirements daily.
  • Ensure all Boarding Passes are printed at the beginning of each day and coordinate printing for the following day.
  • Review all reservations for logistics information such as rental vehicles, service animals/ “pets-in-cabin”, etc. and inform Control Room and Member Services accordingly.
  • Coordinate and oversee Member vehicle wash in collaboration with third-party detailer.
  • Manage petty cash, and all logistics expenses.
  • Coordinate schedules with federal authorities and airlines.
  • Coordinate daily staff assignments.
  • Assist with the scheduling of interviews for Control Room and Operations Department as needed in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Additional duties to support the daily logistical operation and overall service mission.

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience managing conflict and effective problem resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
  • Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • PS is a 24 hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
