Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, with call requirements that are evenly shared with other RNs in the operating room.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position involves managing both scheduled and emergency procedures including C-sections, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Monitor patients throughout the surgical process.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective patient care.
  • Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Registered Nurse with compact RN license or Arizona RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred (PALS can be obtained on-site).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility, preferably in an operating room setting.
  • Experience with general, endoscopy, orthopedic, OB, and GYN cases is essential.
