Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)-Operating Room (OR)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Westminster, CO
Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 40 hours/week, days; variable shift times/days per surgical volume and current unit needs
Call Requirements:
Approximately 4-6 call shifts per 6-week schedule block. May vary.
Weekend Call: 0700-1930, 1900-0730
Weekday Call: 1900-0730
30 Minute call-back radius
Salary: $32-$52/Hr.
Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for surgical nursing and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work variable shift times/days based on surgical volume and unit needs, as well as call shifts as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other members of the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Prepare operating room equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration as needed.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the operating room
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
