Job description

Sweeper/Scrubber Operator

Vonachen Group is looking to hire a Sweeper/Scrubber Operator.

The Scrubber Operator is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

  • Sweep and scrub the factory floors with a ride on sweeper/scrubber. Clean up reported spills according to guidelines, generally water and oil.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment daily.
  • Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
  • Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Do daily inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance that needs to be done.

Job requirements:

  • Skills and Abilities
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
