Job Description:

The Supply Chain Associate II will support raw material sourcing operations within a fast-paced, global supply chain environment. This role focuses on data management, procurement support, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth sourcing and purchasing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) required
  • 1โ€“3 years of relevant experience (CO-OP/internship experience considered)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain cost standards and master data in SAP
  • Facilitate purchase order (PO) routing and approval workflows
  • Partner with buyers on vendor onboarding, including setup, activation, and updates
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
  • Maintain and upload procurement-related documentation in purchasing systems
