Status: Contract Assignment

Role: Legal Document Specialist

Openings: multiple

Start Date: Monday, July 27

Location: 100% Onsite - Cherry Hill, NJ

Shift: Mon - Fri, 9a to 5p (35 hours a week)

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Document Validation

This role is a critical part of our Client Operations team, ensuring that retained clients’ documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.


Position Overview

The Intake Specialist on the Document Validation team is responsible for managing client correspondence, verifying and uploading documents into case management systems, and ensuring compliance with firm standards. This is a highly detail-oriented position requiring accuracy, adaptability, and professionalism. This role plays a vital role in advancing cases through the pipeline while delivering empathetic and consistent client service.


Core Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and upload client documentation across case management platforms.
  • Manage follow-up communications and shared inboxes.
  • Review, process, and route physical and digital mail correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate case file setup and transfer to appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Intake, Client Liaison, and Legal teams.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Maintain data integrity through precise data entry in case management and CRM systems.
  • Manage client expectations by explaining the claims process clearly.
  • Support special projects as needed.
