Join Open Arms Solutions

Looking for afternoon or evening caregiving hours? Join Open Arms Solutions and provide one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We're hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, DSPs, and other senior care professionals to serve clients in Lemont, Homer Glen, Lockport, Orland Park, and nearby communities.

Evening shift opportunities

  • Afternoon and evening schedules available
  • 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts
  • Ongoing client assignments based on availability

What you'll do

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily care needs
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition
  • Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Minimum qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, DSP, home care, assisted living, nursing home, or a related setting)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Dependable with strong communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
